People short on courage give too many chances to people they are bonded to and not enough chances to people they aren't bonded to. They would rather endure anything than leave for fear of change, and they look for every excuse to dismiss someone new for fear of attachment.

I have the most convenient level of geographical knowledge an American can have. Enough to prove I'm not an Yankus Ignoramus, but still lacking enough to accidentally get a few small European states mixed up so they don't forget how little they really matter to the USA.
