Find which motions are painful/limited
Design exercises to assist in alleviating pain and increase ROM
Allow time to assist in healing.
It’s more about getting in the door, getting movement going…
At the end of the day just do what exercises, form of fitness, etc you love.
Pick one that trains strength
Pick one that trains your cardiovascular system
Doing something you love will lead to better results- why? Because you will remain consistent.
Consistency > optimal
Officially starting the bulk at the end of September.
Been at maintenance/diet since January.
Plateaued at 173-175 lbs.
Debated on peeling more calories away.
But I think it’s smart to reverse out again and start building.

The biggest mistake I see when cutting it doing too much volume.
You’re most vulnerable to injury when you’re:
1. Training a lot
2. Eating little
3. Sleeping terribly
Let your diet do the work. Maintain your strength in the gym as much as you can.
The best fitness advice is typically the most boring:
Get good sleep
Train consistently
Eat Whole Foods
Eat a high protein diet
Walk 10k steps a day
It’s not some magic pill, exercise, etc but a culmination of simple things that will change the way you look

Honestly I think staying work from home is going to cause an increase in weight.
A lot of people the walk to and from their office is the only exercise they get. No more walking to meetings. Not even walking to get lunch out of the fridge
Now they can walk right to the kitchen…

Hope one day I can figure out a way to intertwine the two
A big part of PT that’s overlooked is that most “everyday” patients:
1. Going to get better just over time
2. Often get better because they are exercising 2-3 a week for an hour plus HEP
3. Change in programming to increase/decrease volume
