A virtual preliminary hearing in FAI into the deaths following the helicopter crash at Sumburgh in 2013 has been held. The Inquiry will begin, remotely, on 31 Aug. Peter Gray QC, Gavin Anderson, Susan Duff, Barry Smith, Emma Toner and Ranald McPherson from Compass all instructed.
