I skipped reading this story because I automatically knew from the outset: he developed this skill by practicing holding his breath while day trading put options $SPX $QQQ $SPY

$VIX shorts seem to be piling back onto the VIX...Too far, too fast? $SPX also back at weekly Hull resistance..Sorry to be a Debbie Downer, but bulls need the VIX to somehow enter a new regime of 10-12 and SPX needs to overcome 6500 and hold the gains. Fun day though so far!
