@Mike_kim714 I think the biggest secret with speed training, which Mike is alluding to is “sequencing”. Overloading & Underloading improves body segment acceleration/deceleration and can add 10 yards alone. I went from 88 to 102 mph. Crazy! @TheStackSystem

@iacas The thing I keep coming back to is… which posture would aid in fielding a ground ball, receiving a bounce pass, bobbing & weaving a left hook, attacking a loose soccer ball, blocking a penalty kick —-> Blue.

@hannahbggg Definition of Ambassador suggests, diplomatic, courteous, represent your brand with good decorum. Tiger is not a regular guy. He must adhere to a higher standard, lest he run the risk of perpetuating, even slightly misogynistic “hit it Alice” mentality in the game of golf.

Would be interesting to see if any studies could correlate the amount of ground force with trail leg and increase in MPH club head speed. If so, more golfers may focus leveraging the ground with trail leg?

@GolfweekNichols Interesting dynamic, in that soccer is a team solidarity environment and a group boycott of World Cup could definitely make an impact. Whereas in golf, individual leverage does not possess much gravity and sacrifice would largely go unnoticed.

@shkeengolf No shade intended. I think ol’ school is instruction that does not incorporate video or metrics. Not saying it wont yield results. Just don’t think you’re optimizing your level of feedback without V&M. Question - who here would take lessons without video???
