Terrible service from @OliverBonas and @evrisupportline. Evri have confirmed they have lost my parcel and @OliverBonas do not not respond when contacted for refund. First and last time I will place an order
Such appalling service from @DFS! Was contacted to 'arrange' a delivery day. When I said I could not make the day I was given they were rude & hung up. Despite numerous calls to DFS 3 weeks since this call I still have not been offered another delivery date!

Really poor customer service @houseoffraser, item was not delivered, live chat rep rude and very unprofessional and still waiting 8 days later for a reply. I would expect so much more from a reputable company like HOF. Extremely disappointed.
