Intel ARC isn't as terrible as it used to be. Driver support has become leagues better. Arc GPUs tend to have extra VRAM too. Priced almost equally to the AMD/NVIDIA options. TDP is a tad bit higher. And you might be waiting for the driver of a new game for slightly longer.

Air coolers are cheaper, last longer and are better for budget CPUs AIOs are costlier, don't last as long and are better for high-end CPUs You CAN get a high-end air cooler for a high-end CPU though. The choice is yours. I'd personally go with air coolers.
