Domain reputation isn’t static, it’s fragile. One week of bad sending can undo months of careful work. Monitor daily, adjust quickly, and never ignore the warning signs.

Authenticate hard: set up SPF, DKIM, DMARC correctly. These records tell mail providers your emails are trustworthy.
Domain reputation is no side hustle, it’s central to your deliverability. ISPs often prefer domain signals over IP ones.
Always use a cold email domain (separate from your business domain). That way, if your outreach hits spam, your core domain stays safe.
Before you hit send, verify those email addresses. Bad emails = bounces. Bounces = your domain gets burned. Burned domains = lost $$$.
