The issue isn't them "overpromising", the issue is the untimely use of debt, they really should have used more shares, imo that goes for all acquisitions unless they are non cyclical.
@3Plantey2 @valueventurez @InvestingTub Well, the problem with the debt has to do with their bad decisions in ‘21. They overpaid for acquisitions and OVER-promised massively. They projected then $1B in EBITDA in 3-5 years😫. The estimate for 2024 is $90M after reaching $195M in 2022. We are questioning survival 🤷🏻♂️

Then they went for the in app market and acquired fyber, adcolony, appreciate, now they're going for the Shopify of app stores

They have an insane revenue & ebitda cagr. Consider that originally the company just installed apps onto phones, there's not much reoccurring revenue there
