Last couple of days were bit difficult! You know...weekend parenting 2 small kids! Monday now and both are in school! Don't feel bad to say it...I am glad that I can share a couple of coffe with the wife under the sun! ☕️☀️
Hi friends!! Could not hit the gym today, and my 2 kids had too much energy! Not a good combo! 🫠 haha Day is over now...tomorrow will be better! Don't forget to get your daily vitamin D...naturally or supplements! Helps a ton!

Tough days yesterday and today. Some anxiaty symptoms got bit out of control...specially with difficult swallowing. But just had a great dinner with the family. I know everything is going to be allright! 💪🧠
