#Amazon customer service is awful! Yet again my parcel was been left in my building lobby mailroom where thefts have occurred because driver is too lazy to bring to my door. This is for our whole building. Why am I paying for #AmazonPrime again?

I placed an order with @cookiegrams on December 28,2020 for a 40th Birthday on December 31, 2020. Still waiting for delivery. Cookies are perishable and no one wants to receive a stale or green cookie. I asked for refund and was denied.

I hate that @UberEats doesn’t have a chat or email and is so hard to contact them about issues that don’t fall under their typical Q&A issues. So upset!!

Be careful using @UberEats or you could be paying for a tip you didn’t mean to give when rating the driver and restaurant. They automatically assume an amount for you even if you chose not to tip when placing original order.
