Why do all dads insist on sleeping in the room where everyone hangs out then gets made when people bother them in that room? There are empty beds and another empty couch in other rooms, go nap there!

So tonight is prom in my small town and it has been rainy all week. Since kids couldn't do outdoor pictures the grocery store set up a very nice photo backdrop and props for them to use for free. Now that is a feel good story!

My oldest made a run for it into the (off limits) lake at the park and I had to wade in and pull him out. Then he came home and dumped rainbow sprinkles everywhere!! He regrets nothing!

We mostly eat a vegetarian diet at home but my boys put away an ungodly amount of ham at their Nonni's house today! Anyone else eat ham on Easter? That is another tradition where I have no clue where it comes from!
