The US is officially the largest oil producer in the world, and it's not even close. Currently, the US is producing 12.9 million barrels per day of crude oil. This is nearly 30% more than the 10.1 million barrels per day that Russia produces and 33% more than Saudi Arabia. In fact, the US alone pumps 45% of the output produced by the entire OPEC combined. Furthermore, the US now produces nearly 4 TIMES as much oil as Brazil. Truly remarkable.
@KobeissiLetter Then why is gas still so expensive here?
@KobeissiLetter Then why haven’t we refilled our own reserves?
@KobeissiLetter ‘If you do EVs then we’ll reduce production and you’ll be sorry!’ -opec GFY -us drillers
@KobeissiLetter Doesn’t the US consume 18 million barrels per day?
@KobeissiLetter Does the US keep the oil or sell it? Has is up 10 cents nationally. If we are producing why are prices up?
@KobeissiLetter Spindletop comes to mind. They pumping us dry? On purpose?
@KobeissiLetter USA 🇺🇸 produces the most oil but why is gas still so expensive ?! Shouldn’t it be 50% off from peak ?
