LOFT had the privilege to attend @HFMentalHealth's Diversity and Equity in Mental Health and Addiction Conference. Two of our youth workers presented LOFT’s Dialectical Behavioral Therapy youth groups and their effectiveness in treating mental health and behavioural challenges.
This month, LOFT’s 416 Community Support for Women held a farmer’s market. The initiative falls within LOFT’s strategy to provide a solution to food insecurity within our community and make healthy eating accessible to all. A big thank you to everyone involved! #CommunitySupport
Last week, LOFT had the privilege to attend @AdvantAgeOnt's Advancing Senior Care Annual Convention. We were presented with the First-Place Poster Showcase award for our poster describing our work transitioning older adults and seniors from hospital to home. #SeniorCare

Today, we took the first visible step towards building a new Bradford House. Mayor @James_Leduc of Bradford West Gwillimbury joined Bradford House residents, project partners, staff, and supporters. The new property will provide #supportivehousing to 99 seniors and older adults.
