Our Streets to Homes program is a partnership with the City of Toronto in which Reconnect offers support to recently housed individuals 16 years of age and over.

The senior advisory council and Wood Green Community Health Services have launched a new project called the Students of Aging Podcast. The podcast offers honest conversations about aging in place, community engagement, and more. Tune in to learn about what aging is like today!

Last Friday, Reconnect took part in Cultural Day at the HUB, where everyone learned about different cultures, tried foods from various countries and participated in a range actives. It was a wonderful event where we explored the world together!

We are excited to announce the Health and wellness Centre’s new virtual reality (VR) program. While wearing the VR headset you will be able to explore nature, animals and many travel destinations.

Reconnect’s Academy is proud to host a Virtual Professional Development Day with segments from Jo Connelly and Joses Wong. The day will include three separate sessions that will focus on different essential skills needed by both new and experienced non-profit frontline staff.
