My letter to @AndrewGant3 following the news that, despite the @OxfordshireCC 's own consultation indicating strong opposition, they will be going ahead with a congestion charge - and using the money from it to support people from outside Oxford, not those who live in our city.

I've written to Andrew Gant to ask if the congestion charge permits for people who work in the zone only accessible via the toll gates will also be available to commuters who need to get to the railway station for onward travel to work.

It was a pleasure to visit the latest @ox_place development today with my colleague @Nigel_Chapman. @OxfordCity's housing development company is delivering 10 beautiful new homes at Youngs Way, Littlemore - 5 for shared ownership and 5 for social rent to local families.
