I am trying to get on a new non stimulant ADHD med, because my anxiety and stimulants do not mix well. My insurance says I HAVE to try and fail 2 stimulant medications before I can try a non stimulant. WHY?! That doesn't make any sense! Shouldn't it be the other way around?!

Told my husband I was nauseous and had a headache and he recommended I eat something and I rolled my eyes because obviously eating while nauseous will just make me more nauseous. I just had a snack and feel so much better. Very angry, will not be informing him.

My mom was complaining about all the people “abusing Medicaid” so I played dumb and asked, isn’t that just insurance? How do you abuse insurance? Isn’t that just like, going to the doctor? She wasn’t sure. Just that some people didn’t “deserve” it. Fox News has ruined my parents
