Workout: 4 x (400, 800, 1200) with 1 minute rest between reps. Hit my goal pace or under for every rep except the final 1200. First couple of 4s and 8s were way under pace and likely sabotaged the latter end of the workout. Good feedback though. #run #running #runners #runchat

Four hours of gardening followed by 20K run. The weather forecast failed mebadly. Said it would be clear skies but it drenched me for the first 10K. Shoes got soaked and lost their responsiveness making for some sore feet 🙁. #run #runners #running #runchat
