I would imagine that a lot of the CRE-minded folks on here spend a significant time on Google maps looking around at deals. Anybody else notice just how terrible the quality of satellite imagery has gotten on @googlemaps lately? What a blurry mess.

A lot of correction discourse recently, but what about CRE? Both locally and nationally, there doesn't appear to be a trend of significant distress. Sure, there are some over their skis, but no observable crisis at this point.
