There are few things better than having your own “fueling” station in your house. People say all the time, “are you worried about the battery dying.” My response is always the same, “if you left home with a full tank of gas would you worry?” I never worry.

Adding lean tissue is one of the keys to life. Muscle mass is the furnace for your metabolism. One pound of muscle burns 75 up to 100 calories. So by adding 10 lbs of muscle you can burn 750 to 1000 extra calories just sitting and doing nothing. It isn’t easy but worth it.
