Skinny-fat guys have the worst genetics. We struggle to gain muscle but don’t struggle to gain fat. That’s why mainstream programs fail us. But with the right tweaks, we can finally build muscle, stay lean, and actually like the body in the mirror.
We are so cooked. Fitness influencers posting about “walking hacks.” Just f*cking walk bro. You don’t need a youtube video teaching you how to walk. You’re not a retard.

I’m shifting this page toward fitness. I’ve hit some big milestones in my own journey this year, and this is where I can bring the most value. I’ll still share mindset + dating takes here and there, but fitness and growth will be the main focus.

The cure for social anxiety is social momentum. By having short interactions (30-60 seconds) with as many people as possible in rapid succession your anxiety will begin to wear off. Done right, you get into a social flow where you WANT to talk to more people.
Life isn’t about being good or being right. It’s about being 100% authentic and true to yourself. Figuring out who you are without external attachments is the meaning of life.
If you can’t handle a woman’s rejection, you’re not ready for her attraction.

Overthinking is a defense mechanism. You think if you can plan for every scenario then you will be safe from rejection. The truth is you’re never safe from rejection, you just have to trust yourself that you will be ok no matter what happens.
You have no competition. Most men are overweight, lazy, addicted to porn and video games. Most are not even trying to get girls. It’s never been easier to set yourself apart from the competition.
