@MrsAnnaHaskell @adidasUK I answered a similar question yesterday, I kid you not. They obv received the goods to say that. Raise a chargeback with your c/card provider & cite breach of contract under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Ask Adidas for proof on this. Onus on them to prove otherwise.
