@NEJM Lipstick on pigs…..as they say. Delve into the dirty details. Mentors, if nothing else, are culturally homogeneous. Very few go out of their group to provide tutelage and guidance to “outsiders”. Mentors underlie the crisis that “DEI” is supposed to solve.
