Hi! I am back! What's been going on? -Ran my 1st half back in 2015 -Had hip surgery to repair a torn labrum -A few unsuccessful attempts getting back into running -Gave up ... 5 years later, starting where I began... @toddlange's 5k101! Just finished week 2 and feeling good!

With people recovering from the marathon & the cooler weather, the Lakefront Trail is like a ghost town in the morning :( Come back runners!
Last year I was at the @ChicagoHalf but only ran the 5k, in 35 mins. I’m running the 1/2 this year, my 1st, & plan on finishing under 2 hrs!

@robjones48 Never tried sleeves but Google search just now tells me I'm missin out.Might have to try them. Been using the stick on the calfs
@robjones48 Let me know if the massage helps, mine are a mess too. Also my lower calfs. This running stuff sure does a doozy on the legs.
