@weather_katie @mahoevel @NWSIWX @wanewx There are a number of licensing agencies in the United States. Content licensing is an agreement with terms and pricing. In this case with global redistribution around $2000 in video licensing was just given away for “credit”

From #LAURA in August. New watermark I made using app called Video Watermark. I encourage other chaserdudes to do same, because lots of us saw our LAURA work stolen. No more free ride for cheapskate news outfits who feel like stealing others' work. "Fair use" my ass.
