Tara saying “get a quad” to all the other ladies is so unrealistic, unhealthy, ridiculous, and harmful. Grown women can’t just “get a quad” it’s like they WANT the ladies event to turn into malnourished, overworked 15 year old girls trying to out jump each other. Sickening.
