Gov. Beshear: 1,864 new COVID-19 cases today, passing 1 101,000 cases Positivity rate of 6.07%. Going to continue to apply the current school advisory for the coming week due to so many counties in "red" because it remains so close to the 6% incidence rate level.

When asked Monday what happens when the positivity rate climbs above 6%. Beshear said: "We are going to take a close look at it... but if it's determined that is truly marking out of control statewide spread, we may have to look at statewide solutions, but we are not there yet."
