There’s a new Optimal Layout beta available with improved handling of Desktops and full screen windows.
For 10.8 users there’s a new beta available. To get it, go into Optimal Layout’s prefs, and check the beta box under the Updates tab.

@missemmagoodwin No, sorry - Photoshop is a beast with its own rules and won't play nice with window managers.

Jung Hyun Lee : If you left a review on the Mac App Store please get in contact via OL's in-app feedback - I've got a fix for you.
@LimitlessPtntl No, but you may be able to manually customise OL's theme to match Alfred's Lion one.
@flukesh You can disable this in OL's Preferences, under the General tab, uncheck the box "Select the next window when activating…"
This update improves Lion compatibility & fixes an issue where saved window positions wouldn't correctly rotate around the screen space.
Optimal Layout 2.1.2 is now available directly from my site, the Mac App Store version will be available in a few days once Apple approve it
Excellent news: I have a fix for the Lion issue, an update will be out soon.
A minor issue with OL on Lion: if you move to a Space where there's no windows open, then OL shows itself. Sorry! Fix available soon.
