Today's #Foodtech incident: 1. Ordered food for 12yr olds birthday via @swiggy_in app 2. Did not deliver 3. On top charged half the order value as cancellation fee! 4. Cust support said its policy 5. I uninstalled app Has anyone else faced this? @zomatoin how do you handle this?
