It's all bollocks - we were told last year we would be "fully staffed" by the end of 2023. Well that's a month away and we are nowhere close to being fully staffed as everybody keeps leaving!! Probation is on its arse and they just don't care.

If a civil servant i.e. me, were caught watching porn at work I would be suspended, investigated and sacked. So many MPs also under investigation for sexual misconduct. Parliament is full of more sexual deviants than a prison!!
We did not get to this staffing crisis by accident. We (frontline) could see it a mile off. It's either been a deliberate act or through incompetent leadership which has landed us all in this mess. No sign of it getting much better for at least another year. #Probation
