@TUIUKcares @TUIGroup @ProblemsTui And when I complained I got offered a £20 goodwill gesture. 😂😂😂😂😂😂 contacted ABTA and sorting this out. @TUIUK are a joke of a company and seem to be the best con artists out there.

@TuiUkcares I have tried on several occasions to use this line however I have been contacted and left listening to a pre recorder message for 20 mins before giving up. Again more time out of my holiday that you charged £4,600 for. I don't want nothing more than the upgrade charge refunded

Assuming 'U in the middle is a metaphor for their focus on customer care, fact is they definitely do NOT and their customer care is abysmal.

Hey @SimonCalder couldn’t help overhear someone on @thismorning complaining about TUI. This is a growing group of angry TUI customers let down by them. The number grows daily. Lots of horror stories - can we talk?
