City: you need to put in a tenant or we will remove your rights to your drive through. Me: that’s too bad, I was going to put a National tenant in here. Instead I’ll have to lease to a “Adult Gifts” - they will pay such high rent! City: ok, you can have some more time… 😂😂😂
