With the Cedar Fair surveys released yesterday here is what I think Carowinds, Kings Island, and Cedar Point should build for their future coasters, Carowinds: Water Coaster CP: Xtreme Spinner KI: Vekoma tilt coaster (would work better here than cp as they already have valravn)

New redevelopment proposal for Brookdale Shopping Centre in Pickering. Tribute communities is proposing a mixed-use development, consisting of 14 residential towers ranging from 17-35 storeys. Totalling 5,238 residential units, 7,149 sm of commercial space and 716 sm daycare.

Progress on Tower C and D at Pat Bayly Square in Downtown Ajax. Tower C is now working on the 15th floor with 8 more storeys to go. Where as Tower D is working on the 12th floor with 7 more storeys to go.
