So many Survivors of Sexual Violence are unable to go for screening or sustain treatment for cancer because of triggers to their abuse. An unrecognized health inequality. Trauma informed care training can change this and I know it will save lives. #Cancer #Rape #CSA #MeToo

I'm uncomfortable with the praise for Leunig. I mean, he did some really lovely stuff. But are people aware that he sexually abused his sister? Are we willing to dismiss that merely by adding "deeply flawed" to his obituary? Is sexual abuse okay as long as the person is talented?

ADHD & complex trauma are wildly undertreated in adults. Adults w/ ADHD & who struggle w/ complex trauma are very commonly misunderstood, under supported, misdiagnosed when they do seek professional help, & blamed for symptomatology they are unequipped to understand or manage.
