This week, I visited Carolyn's House, which is part of Hospice of Central PA. Carolyn's House provides 24-hour hospice care for people who are unable to remain in their homes.

I was able to stop by @truabundantlife's annual Back-to-School Prep Fest & Community Health and Education Day. Guests could pick out free backpacks, receive health screenings and haircuts. I will always support events that support youth wellness, health and education for all.

I stopped by WITF's Back to School Bash to celebrate the new school year. This free family event featured face painting, bilingual story times and a free book for all the students in attendance. What a great way to kick off another exciting school year!

This weekend, I attended the YMCA Milkshake Mile! We kicked off the school year with a laptop giveaway courtesy of AT&T. They gave away several laptops to area kids to help reduce the digital divide. Additionally, there were food trucks, games, relays and a fun 1-mile walk/run.

It was great to pop by @stsdschools Back 2 School Bash! Free backpacks and school supplies were given to students in the district, and there were plenty of games, activities and food for everyone to enjoy. Events like these are great as we gear up for an exciting school year.
