Being an entrepreneur means you'll take so many unexpected hits, see so many lows and hardships that .. You either must have very deep stress tolerance (be robust) - or every challenge has to energize you, make you more determined, empower you, etc (antifragile). No other way.

@ReneeSolana If you were only ever loved for what you can do, and not who you are, you'd believe this too. If you were only ever loved for when you showed strength, dominance and power, but were immediately shunned or "gave the ick" when you were fragile or sensitive, you'd think this too.

If you have low energy levels, you will not achieve your potential in life because you will often be too tired to do what needs doing. If you're not where you want to be in life and have low energy levels, getting to the bottom of this should be your first and utmost priority.
