@mortgagetruth @NewsLambert When we adjust price/rent by interest rates, we find home prices today are similar to 1995-2025 (for affordability), except for when Fed did QE and zero rates from 2008-2022. The affordability relative to rents is about 20% higher today than 2014-2018.
