As quick and easy as it might seem, AI really isn't the path to clear brand messaging -- that's gonna take you and probably an expert to figure it out together. I spend typically 15-20 with my clients working on clear messaging and yeah, it takes that long to do it right.

Data scraping + email marketing does NOT equal a stronger relationship or a "converted" sales lead. It's creepy, obvious and seriously, you don't care enough to spend your own time researching me (stalking me) prior to pitching me. That's just lazy, man.

Ahhhh rebranding -- it's never popular but sometimes necessary. But you must always explain why you did what you did and most importantly, how does it help your customer. Not doing that (ahem, Cracker Barrel) and just saying "hey check out our new logo" invites negativity!
