Todays half felt pretty tough Went out for a PB finished seconds shy of that on a pretty hilly course (no one likes hills!!! *awaits bite) I set my PB a decade ago on a pan flat course, have to be honest I’m made up with that

After a frustrating evening last night and not being able to get out, I took it out on parkrun and ran my fastest time in 8 years If I would have stopped listening to my head telling me I couldn’t I might just have made sub 21
