Freud on negative therapeutic reactions: "Every partial solution that ought to result...in an improvement...produces in them...an exacerbation of their illness". Hey Sigmund, I'm one of 'them'. But, it's not an 'illness'. And, I'm not looking for solutions - partial or other.

Oh...for some, work can exacerbate rather than...the more-positive-other. People living with #CPTSD , the #workplace and #organisations (of any Sector) aren't easy companions.

This is more profound than might at first seem. 'Disease mod' should be the aim/dream. For people living with the impacts of childhood dev'l/complex trauma...surely the offer of mere 'symptom management ' is just a legitimised (!) version of what we've always done. #CPTSD
