Chef expos give our cooks the chance to shine, while at the same time shaking up our usual day to day menu! This months expo ft. Marc Supelana-Mix, he served Lechon Kawali, Pancit Canton, and a variety of desserts. Stop by June 3rd for our next expo ft. David Currin!

This month is Plant Based Eating Month! To kick it off we've turned fried rice into a plant based dish with a yummy blend of veggies, spices + brown rice. Garbanzo beans add an additional plant based protein to the mix! Find it tomorrow at our Vegetarian + Vegan station, Vegé.

Happy Spring Break Raiders! Starting March 20 The Hawk is officially open for dine in. Escape springs rains inside, or enjoy the sun on the patio! While you're visiting us, remember to keep your mask on unless your sitting at a table to eat, and a 6 foot distance while in line!

Available in The Landing this week we have the seasonal plate Great Grains + Goodness Bowl. This flavor packed grain bowl has roasted sweet potatoes, roasted beets, toasted farro, dried cranberries and more topped with a tahini maple lemon dressing. Yum!
