Just out of interest, a question: rail seats were invented in Germany in '98 to address the UEFA ban on standing as of '98/99. The pic shows Bayern with them that Sept. Anyone know when Kaiserslautern, Bremen & S04, who also played in Europe that season, first installed theirs?

Good to see #LCFC fans looking here at one of the rail seat options being shown to them by the club. This one is the same as at QPR, which gives you oodles of room & has no curling backrest to scrape your shins and no protruding brackets to bruise your calves!

Good to see a club giving fans a chance to see different safe standing options & provide feedback. A chance to contrast & compare, among other things, the amount of space provided for wild goal celebrations by e.g. barriers behind existing seats vs various models of rail seat.
