Anybody else feel like this was the craziest launch since before the COVID times? Maybe it was just my store because we are so understaffed, but it felt like pure insanity all weekend

The amount of shitty Genius Bar appointments that we are going to have 15 days after Vision Pro releases is going to be astronomical. Already bracing for it
Today I realized that a certain point as a tech, you start to realize how almost every manager has no idea what technicians even do anymore. The few that were techs once have insanely out of date knowledge, but most managers only know PZ stuff because that affects their bonuses
Anons, how do you handle appointments when a customer says they have been hacked or compromised? Genuinely curious about how those conversations go
