Any Apple customer who calls in about a problem with their product speaks to an AppleCare worker; they are an integral part of Apple, and the company would not function without them. AppleCare workers are also some of the most micromanaged, and mistreated. #AppleToo #AppleCareToo

I can't believe I work for such a big corporation and we still don't have an Union. I'm sick and tired of fighting alone and not trusting managers/HR with sensitive information while being treated like garbage on a daily basis. We need to regroup. Enough is enough.

Got off phone with mgr to tell I got tested positive. Mgr was like ‘pls keep it to urself’ Sure no problem (10 secs later I tell that 1 person in store that cannot keep a secret) Just got text from coworker that spent GR shift beside me 2 days ago U ok bro? Mngmt can suck it
