Habits that made my sleep so much better (I highly recommend all of them): - reading at least 15min - Meditating for at least 5 minutes - praying to complete my routine not even 30 minutes and my sleep is constantly fantastic try it out if you want

-Consistency is key: Just DM people every day and it WILL WORK. You'll get a client. And try multiple DMs and look witch one does the best. (It's much easier if you make a list of how many you sent and how many replied)
