I’m willing to bet that there isn’t a single teacher out there who agrees with receiving a pay rise when nurses aren’t. Yet, teachers are the first to be slated as if they themselves advocated this. Direct your disgusting comments at the real issue.

Do NHS staff/key workers deserve a pay rise? Absolutely. Do teachers deserve a pay rise over key workers? No. However, it’s extremely discouraging that throughout this pandemic teachers have been villainized and reading the replies to this is a kick in the teeth. #clapforcarers

My dad is a self employed plumber who can’t work through the pandemic due to health reasons. He’s been using his plumbing supplies to start a handmade lamp business! So beautiful and so proud! Plz RT💗💡

Final batch of visors finished tonight...would you believe there are 150 in these crates! In the space of a week, that's just short of 350 made...it's amazing what you can do with some acrylic, acetate, elastic band and a laser cutter #AllInThisTogether

Bit baffled to see teachers on here already working from home (planning lessons, making resources, etc) Don’t forget to give yourself a weekend. We just had one of the most emotionally and physically draining weeks of our lives. I’m going to sleep and play PS4 for two days.

SQA past paper magic trick!🔮Copy the barcode on the front of the paper and paste it into a Google’s search. Click on the result “Subject Spell check on”. This will allow students to type in their answer directly on the past paper. They can then save this to be marked later. ✅

As a probationer I totally underestimated the stress I would be under and put myself under. The support of my colleagues keeps me going. We can’t neglect each other’s mental health whilst preaching to our kids to look after their’s. We have to support eachother! #MentalHealth
