Bit of a rant... I’m amazingly proud of Jacob but never underestimate any children. 3 company’s said Jacob wouldn’t be able to trek across the Pyrenees before we found one prepared to listen, plan & prepare. With the right support children can achieve amazing things🥰

FREEDOM! At 1104hrs today Jacob crossed the French border into Spain and as a tribute to all the @RoyalAirForce aviators who didn’t make a ‘Home Run’ during WW2 he flew his flag on the border at 2522 meters. #RememberThe50 #LestWeForget🌺
Currently at 1500 meters. Truly the hardest thing I’ve ever done and we are still two days from Spain! How those airmen, soldiers and refugees did it over 80 years ago I will never know. #Respect #LestWeForget🌺
