From feedback we get it seems on a regular basis when people have appts with Psychiatrists & other mental health professionals & are kept waiting, they get no apology for the wait. Perhaps those who do that need to learn a lesson in treating people with respect #mentalhealth

#ASB Would you believe it, even one Council told us their legal team said a video which showed clear evidence of #ASB as identified on their own website, was not, in fact, #antisocialbehaviour at all! For how much longer must victims be ignored, many are sucidal!

Councils have information on their websites about how they won't tolerate #ASB yet time & time again when victims of #ASB ask for help many Councils offer no help/support, in fact more support is given to the perpetrators leaving victims further distressed. #antisocialbehaviour

The DWP have responded to my FoI request. Their figures indicate that 87% of clamants currently receiving PIP daily living component at the standard rate, and 13% of claimants receiving the enhanced rate, are likely to lose their entitlement if the "score 4" changes go ahead.

#asb There have been high profile cases in the past of deaths caused as a result of ASB where its been said lessons must be learnt. However from what we are continually told, in many areas nothing has changed, victims of ASB still being ignored & let down & perpetrators protected

We continually hear from people whose lives are blighted by ASB and they report no help from Police or Council. In many cases those complaining are treated like they are the perpetrators while the actual perpetrators of ASB seem to be protected #ASB
