Apparently the UK uses about 300,000,000 litres of fuel per day. I cannot even imagine how much the world is using every day. Obviously this is not sustainable so where do we go from here?

Finally, the experts are saying we should prepare for the climate change consequences. Eco-friendly is good, but it is simply foolish to believe it can affect the weather.

The call of the Finnish winter is strong but there is always two factors - what we want to do and what we can do. Even at my age I still have answer the call of work. Next year I will watch as the garden blossoms.

The endless white snow, -20 degrees, warm cosy house with the log burning fire. The smell of fresh coffee and on the table, smoked salmon sandwiches. I MISS FINLAND.
