Hot take: Having 0^0 = 1 should be the general rule with 0^0 being undefined as the exception in certain contexts, rather than the other way around.

so every phone number is 10 digits. that means there are 10 variables. 10 digits times 10 variables equals 100 options. this means that out of the 7 billion people in the world that have phones, i have the same phone number as at least 70 million of them!
